PREAMBLE:
A well establish Nigerian company is expanding its scope of operation into bakery business and as such urgently requires the service of knowledgeable personnel to pivot the affairs of its operations
CHIEF BAKER:
Candidates must be aged between 35 – 45
A graduate in Hotel and Catering Management,
At least 5 years experience in the bakery industry as a head/chief baker.
Candidates with relevant qualifications and significant industry experience will also be considered.
Applicant must also have knowledge of health and safety issues, an awareness of hygiene regulations and good practices
SALES MANAGER:
For a sales professional with a background gained within the food sector.
A BSC degree in Business Management or relevant business degree. To be considered
must have a proven track record in sales.
must also have experience gained within food industry.
Ideally from the bakery sector. As a sales Manager you must have strong and negotiating AND COMMUNICATION skills
ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT:
BSC degree or HND in Accounting from a reputable Institution
Success in the early stages of ICAN will be an added advantage.
The successful candidate must be computer literate and should be able to prepare final accounts, some experience in general administration is required
MAINTENANCE ENGINEER:
A graduate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, with at least 5 years industry experience, ideally the bakery sector
ASSISTANT BAKING MANAGER:
Aged between 30 – 35 years,
must be a graduate in Hotel and Catering Management,
3 years cognate Experience.
Candidates with lower qualifications but with several years experience can also apply.
SALES REPRESENTATIVES:
Aged between 26 – 32 years,
BSC degree in Marketing or Business Administration
3 years cognate experience in a similar position.
Successful candidates will be expected to achieve sales target.
Candidates with lower qualifications but with several years experience can also apply.
SALES CLERK:
OND in related discipline or Equivalent Professional qualification, with at least 5years experience
RECEPTIONIST: FEMALE
OND Secretarial Studies or Equivalent, with at least 3years experience
EXPERIENCED BAKERS:
WASC/GCE ‘O’ Level,
at least 5 years industry experience. duties include using automated machines for bread and roll production,
being responsible for the cleanliness of machine, equipment storage areas and preparation
The salaries and other conditions of service for all the positions are attractive but negotiable.
