QUANTITY SURVEYORS
QUALIFICATIONS
BSC in Quantity Surveying with minimum of 10yrs HAND-ON experience in all facets of quantity surveying;
with knowledge in preparation of budget andcost estimates, payment valuations & Interim Cert, variations,
evaluation of contractual and financial claims, evaluation of tenders and preparation of tender reports ad recommendation,
financial status reports including issuance of other relevant certificates such as the completion and maintenance certificates.
Solid knowledge of the General Conditions of the Contract and Conditions of Particular Application,
FIDIC and familiar with other applicable international laws governing contracts. Proficient with MS Word, Excel & other software’s for office application. Preferably with middle east work experience.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
Experienced with known international companies and with large scale projects Good Communication skills in English, both oral and written.
