QUANTITY SURVEYOR:
Job summary:
Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities,
Performing risk and value management and cost control,
Preparing and analyzing costing for tenders,
Analyzing outcomes and writing detailed reports for each site,
Liaising with parties involved with designated projects regularly
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCE:
Must be a qualified Quantity Surveyor,
Minimum 10 years experience,
Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft suite,
Have Project Management experience
JOB TITLE;
SALES MANAGER:
Job summary:
Developing and maintaining current customer and prospect database,
Responding to an following up sales inquires by post, telephone and personal visits,
Monitoring and reporting on activities and providing relevant management information,
Carrying out marketing research, competitor and customer surveys.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCE:
Must have a bachelors degree in Marketing or equivalent,
MBA degree would be an added advantage,
Must have marketing experience (at least 10 years) and good knowledge of the construction industry,
Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Suite
