HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICERS:
Candidates must be familiar with the management of sufficient human resources information to be used for manpower planning to ensure compliance to policies and procedures in a large retail store. The ideal person must be analytically minded and a must always reason logically.Good knowledge of computers is a mandatoryThe HR officer must have 3-5 yrs relevant experience in a large retail/manufacturing environmentMust have HND/Degree
ACCOUNTANT:
Candidates must be able to independently lead accounts/finance functions in all matters of accounting and accounting documentation.
Journal entries and inventory management, credit control as well as be able to prepare budgets and proposal.Must have a good understanding of sage software and good knowledge other accounting software’sMust have minimum of First 4-5 years relevant experience in a large retail store management environmentMust have HND/Degree in AccountingProfessional qualification is added advantage
AUDITOR:
Ideal candidates for this position must able to establish and deploy a functional system of internal control. The ideal job owner must understand general internal control measures in personnel, authorization, accounting, management, organization, separation of duties as well as strict supervision and adherence to global best practice. Candidate should be able to monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and standards operating manuals that control business, guidelines as well as procedures.Good knowledge of computers is a mandatoryMust have minimum of First 4-5 years relevant experience in a large retail store/relevant environmentA minimum requirement of BSC/HND in Accountancy or any relevant discipline.Professional certificate is added advantage
