  Main functions of the job
  Sales role:
  To provide online counselling and advice to students enquiring about Bellerbys and International Study Centre (ISC)
  courses
  To sell Bellerbys and ISC courses to students who contact us directly via email, webforms, LivePerson, fax, phone or walk-ins, into agreed Bellerbys and ISC programmes/centres
  To use the student’s own language where possible and appropriate
  To identify up-selling opportunities and convert into sales
• 
  Qualifications:
  A good university or HND degree including personal and professional attributes such as:
  Fluency in English
  Excellent communication skills
  Customer-focused, service-oriented approach to sales
  Sales-driven, motivated, enthusiastic manner
  Sensitivity to cultural and linguistic differences
  Highly IT literate
  Fast, accurate typing skills
  Comfortable in high-pressure sales environment
  Keen to meet and exceed targets
  Relevant experience in this field will be a definite advantage.
