Sales & Operation Manager (Central Southern Africa)
Key Responsibilities:
The role will be responsible to manage the operational andadministrative activities for assigned territory. To plan and developprocesses to improve the operational quality and efficiency of Medical Diagnostics business. To supervise the dealers in accordance withcompany’s policies and objectives. And to work closely with supportfunctions to ensure that revenue and customer satisfaction goals aremet. The position reports directly to Commercial Manager Africa.
Analyze and document business processes and problems.Obtain and document business intelligence reports.Develop processes to improve operational quality and efficiency.Ensure sales target is achieved.Propose pricing to meet revenue and profitability targets.Supervise dealers in accordance with company’s policies and objectives.Work closely with support functions.Schedule and conduct regular meetings with dealer and support functions.Develop close relationships with customers and stakeholders.Ensure productivity and quality goals are met.Develop and further strengthen the market.Propose actions and budget to ensure overall success.Ensure that all activities are done with full compliance.Ensure that the right Marketing and Commercial Strategies and Tacticsare appliedTake the lead in the tender coordination process with the support functions.Highlight market opportunities in the expansion markets and workclosely with the Commercial Operations & Projects Manager.
Qualification/Requirements:
Bachelors / Masters Degree in Science. Healthcare and/or Businessmanagement related field
diploma/degree would be an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel and to work a flexible schedule,
Fluent in English (other local languages would be considered).
Experience:
Three to five years experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.With a strong sales mentality. Computer literate with expertise in MS office, Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
