FMCG MULTINATIONAL RECRUITMENT PROGRAM:
The Management Trainee program is framed up to develop & traine graduates through specially designed functional programs with a view that they develope and maintain management edge that can be showcased in the future as talented Management Professionals who will at the end of the training, come out with ideal way forward on ''Mismanagement Doldrums''
Successful graduates from this program will be inducted into the company to take up specific role.
REQUIREMENT & PERSONAL QUALITIES:
To be qualified for this position, an applicant must possess:
• A minimum of HND (Distinction) or BSC degree (second class upper) in one of the following fields:
Business & Commercial Sciences- Pure sciences (Pharmacy, Biological, biochemistry, Microbiology etc)- Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, and Production)
1. Candidate must not be more than 27 years of age by October 2010
2. Should have between 0-2 years work experience
3. Interested in having a career in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector
4.Possess a creative and analytical mind
5. Passionate about building an international career
6. Willingness to improve and result oriented• Good oral and written communication skills &
7. Good team work spirit
